Penyembelihan Sapi Prabowo-Gibran di Istiqlal, Daging Kurban Dihidangkan untuk 2.000 Anak Yatim
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Pemotongan sapi kurban di Masjid Istiqlal dimulai hari ini, Sabtu (7/6/2025) pukul 07.00 WIB pagi.Sapi kurban milik Presiden Prabowo dan Wapres juga turut disembelih hari ini.
Penyembelihan sapi kurban dipimpin Plt. Imam Besar Masjid Istiqlal di rumah potong hewan Masjid Istiqlal.
Brawijaya dan Jack, sapi milik Presiden Prabowo dan Wapres Gibran, turut disembelih hari ini bersama hewan kurban lainnya.
Sapi kurban milik Prabowo disembelih lebih dulu, dilanjutkan dengan sapi kurban milik Gibran.
Tahun ini, daging sapi kurban Presiden dan Wapres tidak langsung dibagikan, namun diolah dan dihidangkan dalam acara makan bersama untuk 2.000 anak yatim pada Minggu (8/6/2025) pagi di Selasar Al Fattah, Istiqlal.
Pihak Masjid Istiqlal menyebut, makan bersama ini dipilih agar momen Idul Adha lebih berkesan.
Tahun ini, Masjid Istiqlal menerima 136 hewan kurban.
