JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Hotman Paris, kuasa hukum Direktur PT Angels Products, Tony Wijaya bertanya ke Ahli Hukum Pidana, Erdianto Effendi dalam persidangan di PN Tipikor Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (26/9/2025).“Satu perak pun uang BUMN tersebut tidak keluar, tidak berkurang dan tidak keluar. Apakah itu kerugian negara?” tanya Hotman ke saksi ahli.
”Ya kalau terkait itu kan itu memang tidak terjadi kerugian negara,” jawab Erdianto.
“Saya kira tanpa seorang ahli pun bisa menjawab kan,” tambahnya.
“Ya kalau pertanyaan seperti itu kan. Dan Bapak sejujurnya tanpa ada kerugian negara tidak ada kasus korupsi. Bapak baru saya tanya satu pertanyaan. Dakwaan Jaksa sudah gugur,” kata Hotman.
Pertanyaa terkait kerugian negara berlanjut, dari Hotman ke saksi ahli sempat disanggah pihak JPU berkali-kali.
“Mohon yang mulia, pertanyaannya muter-muter terus.” kata JPU di sidang saat Hotman membahas HPP gula di tingkat petani.
“Ya enggap apa, memang kita berlawanan di sini. Aku tidak menyerang pribaid jaksa. Nanti anda pensiun juga jadi pengacara,” kata Hotman menimpa interupsi dari JPU.
Lebih lanjut Hotman juga membahas terkait abolisi Tom Lembong kepada Ahli.
