1. Salsa allo Yogurt
Ingredienti:
170 g di yogurt greco
1 spicchio d’aglio
1/2 limone piccolo solo il succo
2 cucchiai d’olio extravergine d’oliva
qualche filo d’erba cipollina
sale q.b.
pepe q.b.
Preparazione:

Aggiungi lo yogurt in una ciotola, spremi l’aglio e uniscilo.
Aggiungi olio, sale, pepe e succo di limone. Mescola bene.
Completa con dell’erba cipollina tagliuzzata.
Lascia riposare in frigo per almeno mezz’ora.

2.Tzatziki
Ingredienti:
400 g yogurt greco
1 cetriolo medio (200 g circa)
2 spicchi d’aglio
2 cucchiai d’olio extravergine d’oliva
1/2 limone spremuto (o cucchiaio di aceto)
sale q.b.
pepe q.b.
aneto (o menta fresca) q.b.
Preparazione:

Lava e pela il cetriolo, grattugialo e strizza via il liquido in eccesso.
Aggiungi aglio schiacciato, yogurt, sale e pepe al cetriolo.
Mescola bene, aggiungi olio e succo di limone.
Completa con aneto o menta fresca. Pronto da gustare!
