특별히 새우도 굽고 크림소스까지 준비해봤어요!
연어를 팬 위에 올리고 기름을 두르는 순간부터
지글지글 소리가 퍼져 나오고 버터 한 조각이 녹으면서
고소한 향이 코를 찌르는데.. 군침이 줄줄..
연어는 기름만으로 구워도 충분히 맛있지만
풍미를 더 깊게 하기 위해 버터를 곁들였더니
고소한 버터향이 연어살에 스며들어 정말 예술이더라구요
탱글탱글하게 익은 새우까지 더해지니
마치 레스토랑에서 즐기는 고급 요리 같았어요!
크림소스를 곁들였더니 고소하면서도 부드럽게 감싸주는
연어와 새우의 맛이 한층 더 풍부해져서 맛있었어요
버터의 풍미+연어 기름의 고소함, 새우의 담백함,
그리고 마지막에 크림소스로 완성되는 조화
한입 한입이 너무 행복했어요
