Meski diklaim Donald Trump sebagai serangan "spektakuler", intelijen AS menyatakan serangan itu gagal menghancurkan komponen inti program nuklir Iran.
Dilaporkan kerusakan hanya menunda program nuklir Iran selama beberapa bulan.
Sebagian besar sentrifugal dinilai masih utuh dan uranium yang diperkaya telah dipindahkan sebelum serangan terjadi.
Dikutip dari Wartakotalive, Rabu (25/6), juru bicara Karoline Leavitt menyebut penilaian itu sebagai kebocoran data yang ingin menjatuhkan Trump.
Sebelumnya, Trump dan Menteri Pertahanan mengklaim fasilitas nuklir Iran telah dihancurkan total.
Namun, Pentagon menilai dampak serangan hanya merusak sebagian struktur permukaan dan menyegel pintu masuk bawah tanah.
Sementara itu, AS dilaporkan menjatuhkan bom seberat 14.000 kg yang mampu menembus 18 meter beton atau 61 meter tanah.
Meski demikian, kerusakan hanya terjadi di permukaan, sementara fasilitas bawah tanah Iran tetap terlindungi.
