Israel & US attack Iran: Missiles hit the capital & cities across the country
Israel and the United States launched coordinated strikes across Iran, hitting sites in Tehran including the Ministry of Defence; attacks also struck near Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s offices, with the supreme leader reported safe.President Donald Trump pledged to destroy Iran’s nuclear and missile programmes, while Tehran says its activities are civilian; hospitals are on high alert and airspace is closed amid state media reports of Iranian strikes on US bases in Gulf states. The escalation follows US–Iran talks in Geneva.
