OTT WAMENAKERđ„ Nasib Immanuel Ebenezer (Noel) di Tangan KPK? | #tolaklupa
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - KPK kembali melakukan operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) yang menjerat Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer atau Noel pada Rabu malam, 20 Agustus 2025. Noel ditangkap terkait dugaan pemerasan.Diketahui OTT tersebut digelar di lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan, di mana yang ditangkap tidak hanya Noel, akan tetapi ada 10 orang lainnya yang terjaring dalam OTT KPK tersebut.
Wakil Ketua KPK, Fitroh Rohcahyanto, menyebut OTT tersebut yakni terkait pemerasan terhadap perusahaan dalam pengurusan sertifikasi K3.
Sertifikasi K3 adalah bukti yang menunjukkan bahwa seseorang atau perusahaan sudah penuhi standar keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Sertifikasi ini biasanya didapatkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan lulus ujian dari lembaga yang terakreditasi.
Selanjutnya, KPK memiliki waktu 1x24 jam untuk menentukan status para pihak yang diamankan dalam operasi senyap ini.
Sejumlah aset disita dari OTT ini, di antaranya uang, puluhan mobil, dan motor mewah Ducati.
Menteri Sekretaris Negara Prasetyo Hadi mengungkapkan, Presiden Prabowo Subianto menyayangkan OTT KPK terhadap Wamenaker. Pasalnya, Prabowo sudah berkali-kali peringatkan anak buahnya agar tak korupsi.
