Rudi Suparmono dinilai jaksa terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi telah menerima suap dan menerima gratifikasi.
Diketahui dalam kasus ini Rudi Suparmono, didakwa menerima uang suap senilai 43.000 Dollar Singapura atau sekitar Rp511 juta dari penasihat hukum Ronald Tannur, Lisa Rachmat.
Suap tersebut bertujuan mengatur susunan hakim dalam perkara pidana Ronald Tannur agar membebaskan Ronald Tannur yang terlibat dalam kasus penganiayaan yang menewaskan kekasihnya, Dini Sera Afrianti yang terjadi 4 Oktober 2023.
Majelis hakim yang ditunjuk ialah Erintuah Damanik, Mangapul dan Heru Hanindyo. Jaksa mengatakan penetapan majelis Ronald ini sesuai dengan keinginan Lisa.
Ketiga hakim tersebut terbukti menerima suap untuk mengurus perkara Ronald Tannur.
Heru Hanindyo dijatuhi vonis 10 tahun penjara, sedangkan Erintuah Damanik dan Mangapul divonis 7 tahun penjara.
