Im Iran wächst der offene Widerstand gegen das Mullah-Regime. Landesweit demonstrieren Tausende für Freiheit, trotz brutaler Gewalt der Regierung. Berichte sprechen von bis zu 45 Toten, darunter Minderjährige. Aktivisten schalten Überwachungskameras ab, trotz massiver Internet-Sperren gelangen immer neue Bilder an die Weltöffentlichkeit. Auch einzelne Polizisten solidarisieren sich mit den Demonstrierenden. Für viele Iraner ist das ein Zeichen der Hoffnung. Die USA bezeichnen das Regime als am Rand des Kollaps. Die Lage bleibt angespannt.
