L’utilizzo dell’intelligenza artificiale da parte di magistrati e forze dell’ordine dovrà avvenire nel rispetto dei principi e dei requisiti stabiliti dall’AI Act, che definisce livelli di rischio e criteri di conformità. In questo quadro, l’Agenzia per la cybersicurezza nazionale (Acn) assumerà il ruolo di autorità di vigilanza sul mercato dell’AI, mentre l’Agid sarà l’autorità di notifica. L’Acn ha già avviato progetti strategici, come la partecipazione all’AI Factory – iniziativa da 400 milioni di euro cofinanziata dall’Ue – per creare un ambiente in cui ricerca e imprese possano sviluppare tecnologie a supporto della sovranità digitale europea.
