Eks Kapolres Ngada, Fajar Widyadharma Disidang Kasus Kekerasan Seksual Anak, Dijerat Pasal Berlapis!
NTT, KOMPAS.TV - Mantan Kapolres Ngada, AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman Sumaatmaja, menjalani sidang dakwaan kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di Pengadilan Negeri Kelas I A Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur pada Senin 30 Juni 2025 ini.Sidang berlangsung di ruang Cakra Pengadilan Negeri Kelas I A Kupang. Tiga hakim memimpin sidang yang digelar tertutup ini, beragendakan pembacaan dakwaan.
Fajar dijerat pasal berlapis: UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak, Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Kekerasan Seksual, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik.
Selain Fajar, terdakwa Stefani Heidi Doko Rehi yang membawa korban kepada Fajar juga menjalani sidang perdana Hari Senin (30/5/2025) ini. Sidang dilanjutkan 7 Juli 2025 mendatang dengan agenda eksepsi atau pembelaan dari terdakwa.
