Федеральная антимонопольная служба подготовила приказ, в соответствии с которым расходы на обеспечение безопасности и восстановление электросетей будут включаться в тариф на передачу электроэнергии. Генерирующие компании также ведут переговоры с регулятором о введение надбавки на мощность на оптовом энергорынке для компенсации затрат на защиту электростанций и возможность возмещения средств на ремонты.
