La realidad de la salud bucal en Cuba es tan precaria que hasta los consultorios dentales parecen escenarios de guerra. Alex Otaola muestra imágenes impactantes de consultorios insalubres, con escupideros oxidados, bandejas sucias y tuberías improvisadas. Una postal más de la miseria que el régimen comunista ha normalizado como “sistema de salud gratuito”.Entre la ironía y la denuncia, Otaola compara estas escenas con un estilo de “Ucrania en guerra”, resaltando la falta de higiene y el peligro para los pacientes. Mientras tanto, el castrismo sigue vendiendo el mito de la “potencia médica” a costa del sufrimiento de millones de cubanos.
Este es un ejemplo más de cómo la dictadura somete al pueblo: hambre, apagones, falta de agua y ahora también la humillación de recibir atención médica en condiciones infrahumanas.
