Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan Tunjukan Berkas Praperadilan Serta Siapkan Bukti Salah Penangkapan
CIREBON, KOMPAS.TV - Tim kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan memastikan berkas praperadilan sudah siap dengan segala bukti bukti kuat. Tim kuasa hukum juga menegaskan penyidik Polda Jawa Barat error in personal atau salah orang dalam menetapkan Pegi Setiawan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus Vina dan Eki.Satu bundel berkas itu miliki 35 halaman yang berisi beberapa poin. Pihaknya juga mendaftarkan sebanyak 22 kuasa hukum sebagai pemohon yang akan terlibat selama persidangan praperadilan berlangsung.
Ketua kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan, Sugiyanti Iriani menegaskan, penyidik Polda Jawa Barat telah error in personal alias salah tangkap dengan mentersangkakan Pegi Setiawan sebagai pelaku pembunuhan Vina dan Eki.
