Tom Lembong Didakwa Rugikan Negara 578 Miliar dalam Kasus Impor Gula | KOMPAS MALAM
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Mantan Menteri Perdagangan periode 20152016, Thomas Trikasih Lembong atau Tom Lembong, menjalani sidang pembacaan tuntutan dalam kasus dugaan korupsi importasi gula di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.Terdakwa Tom Lembong tiba di ruang sidang pada pukul 14.30 WIB, didampingi oleh kuasa hukum dan istrinya.
Dalam tuntutannya, jaksa mendakwa Tom Lembong telah merugikan keuangan negara sebesar Rp578,1 miliar dalam kasus impor gula saat ia menjabat sebagai Menteri Perdagangan.
Tom Lembong didakwa telah memberikan surat izin impor kepada perusahaan yang dinilai tidak berhak mengolah gula kristal mentah menjadi gula kristal putih.
