The Speaker has allotted six hours for the discussion. The bill was introduced in the Lok Sabha yesterday, but due to the uproar by the opposition, the discussion could not take place. However, later, on the Speaker's initiative, the opposition agreed to the discussion.
Both sides are busy strategizing ahead of today's discussion. While the NDA is holding a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Modi, the India Block is also meeting in the Parliament House complex.
दोपहर 12 बजे एंटी पेपर लीक बिल पर लोकसभा में चर्चा होगी.. स्पीकर ने चर्चा के लिए 6 घंटे का वक्त भी निर्धारित कर दिया है.. दरअसल, कल लोकसभा में बिल को पेश किया गया था.. लेकिन विपक्ष के हंगामे की वजह से बिल पर चर्चा नहीं हो पाई थी.. लेकिन बाद में स्पीकर के पहल पर विपक्ष चर्चा के लिए तैयार हो गया..
आज चर्चा से पहले दोनों ही पक्ष रणनीति बनाने में जुटा है.. एक तरफ जहां प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की अध्यक्षता में NDA का मंगल मिलन हो रहा है.. तो वहीं, संसद भवन परिसर में इंडिया ब्लॉक की भी मीटिंग है..
