UNGLÜCK AUF DEN PHILIPPINEN: Mülllawine verschüttet Dutzende Menschen – eine Tote und 38 VermissteAuf den Philippinen hat eine massive Mülllawine nördlich von Cebu City mindestens eine Frau das Leben gekostet und Dutzende Menschen unter sich begraben. Nach Angaben der Behörden werden derzeit 38 Personen vermisst, die meisten von ihnen waren Arbeiter der betroffenen Mülldeponie. Auch mehrere Wohnhäuser wurden durch die herabstürzenden Müllberge zerstört. Die Ursache des Unglücks ist bislang unklar – die Suche nach Überlebenden läuft unter Hochdruck.
