안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 범게를 쪄서 먹어봤어요!
범게는 껍데기의 울퉁불퉁한 모양과 거친 생김새가
호랑이를 떠올리게 한다고 해서 범게라는 이름이 붙었다고 해요
사실 범게는 이번에 처음 먹어보는 거라
저도 어떤 맛일지 정말 궁금했는데요
평소 꽃게나 대게, 홍게처럼 익숙한 게 종류는 자주 먹어봤지만
범게는 처음이라 기대 반, 궁금함 반으로 준비해봤답니다!
확실히 일반 게보다 껍질이 훨씬 단단하고 두꺼웠어요.
원래 게는 잘 발라 먹는 편인데 범게는 껍질이 너무 딱딱해서
이가 나갈 뻔했을 정도였어요😂
영상에서 조금 대충 발라 먹는 것처럼 보일 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드려요!
범게의 살은 솔직하게 말씀드리면 꽃게처럼
꽉 차 있다는 느낌은 아니었어요
기대했던 것만큼 살이 가득 들어 있는 스타일은 아니었고
껍질 대비 살의 양이 많은 편도 아니라서 살짝 실망했는데
그런 생각은 내장을 먹는 순간 바로 사라졌습니다.
과장 없이 범게는 내장을 먹기 위해 먹는 게라고 해도 될 정도였어요
내장이 정말 녹진하고 진하더라구요
마치 잘 숙성된 게장의 내장을 먹는 것 같은 진한 풍미도 있었고
크리미한 식감도 정말 좋았어요!
입안에서 천천히 녹아내리면서 고소한 맛이
오래 남는 느낌이라 계속 먹게 되더라고요
살이 엄청 많거나 발라 먹기 쉬운 게를 좋아하시는
분들에겐 조금 아쉬울 수 있지만
내장을 좋아하시는 분들이라면
한 번쯤 꼭 먹어볼 만한 게라고 생각해요
