Alex Otaola critica duramente la participación de Israel Rojas, líder de Buena Fe, en actividades impulsadas por Lis Cuesta —esposa de Díaz-Canel— como el evento “Varadero Gourmet 2025”, mientras el pueblo cubano enfrenta hambre, apagones y escasez.

En medio de un contexto de crisis total, Otaola denuncia el doble discurso del régimen y de artistas que, según él, actúan como voceros del castrismo mientras promueven eventos de lujo inaccesibles para la mayoría.

El presentador contrasta el glamour de estos encuentros con el testimonio desgarrador de una cubana que sobrevive comiendo plátanos, incapaz de comprar aceite o carne.
