Questo non è un caso, è a causa delle politiche sbagliate dei burocrati dell'Unione Europea dell'ultimo quarto di secolo. Ora la proposta di sbloccare risparmi privati per finanziare le imprese europee al fine di incentivare la crescita e la dinamicità dei mercati finanziari è sicuramente una follia, non è in linea con il piccolo risparmiatore privato che non ha mai finanziato la piccola startup con potenziale di crescita dei mercati anglosassoni e soprattutto non ha la cultura dell'educazione finanziaria perché manca completamente in Italia, ma direi anche in altri Paesi europei, seppure meno, questa competenza.
E in ogni caso non è richiesto dalla nostra Costituzione, che dice di tutelare il risparmio, non di tutelare il risparmio a condizione che l'uomo sia acculturato in materia finanziaria. Il problema dell'Unione Europea quindi non sarebbe la mancanza di un mercato di capitali unico, ma l'assenza di investimenti pubblici e la comprensione della domanda interna che rendono le imprese meno appetibili. Quindi è tutto sbagliato.
