الجهبذ | أين ذهب رجال الأسد؟ وكيف تحمي الدول الكبرى مجرمي الحرب؟
في هذه الحلقة من برنامج الجهبذ مع بشر النجار، نبحث عن رجال نظام بشار الأسد بعد سقوطه: أين هربوا؟ وكيف استطاع بعضهم الاختفاء، بينما وقع آخرون في قبضة العدالة؟ من حسام لوقا وبشار الجعفري وماهر الأسد، إلى ضباط ومسؤولين فرّوا إلى لبنان وروسيا ودول أخرى، نتابع طرق هروب رجال النظام، ونكتشف أن بعضهم لم يُكشف مكانه إلا عندما اضطر إلى العودة إلى الحياة الطبيعية.لكن القصة لا تتوقف عند الجغرافيا. فبشار الأسد ورجاله وجدوا في روسيا ملاذاً آمناً، رغم الاتهامات الموجهة إليهم بارتكاب جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية. فهل يتيح القانون الدولي أصلاً منح اللجوء لمتهمين بارتكاب هذه الجرائم؟ ولماذا تستضيف الدول الكبرى قادة وأنظمة سابقة رغم ذلك؟ من بشار الأسد في موسكو، إلى تجارب سابقة لروسيا والولايات المتحدة في إيواء قادة مخلوعين، نكشف كيف يمكن للسياسة وموازين القوة أن تتغلب على القانون الدولي.
وفي النهاية، نعود إلى قصة رادوفان كراديتش، مجرم الحرب الذي اختفى 13 عاماً بهوية طبيب مزيف قبل أن ينكشف مكانه. فهل هناك مخبأ يمكن أن يحمي مجرم حرب إلى الأبد؟ أم أن الحماية الحقيقية لا تكون في كهف أو جبل، بل في دولة قوية تقرر أن تحميك؟
