Kick-off kegiatan dipusatkan di Perum Bulog Kanwil DKI Jakarta, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, Kamis (14/8/2025).
Program Gelar Pangan Murah yang diselenggarakan Polri dan Bulog dilaksanakan jelang HUT Ke-80 RI sebagai upaya menstabilkan harga pangan, khususnya beras. Gelar Pangan Murah ini diselenggarakan di seluruh Indonesia melalui Polda jajaran yang akan dilaksanakan sampai 16 Agustus 2025.
Dalam gelaran Pangan Murah ini, harga sembako beras dijual dengan harga Rp11 ribu per kilogram, minyak goreng Rp15 ribu, dan tepung Rp10 ribu. Dalam kick-off hari ini disalurkan 2.424 ton pada 1.552 titik dengan penerima manfaat sekitar 485 ribu orang.
