오늘은 명란젓을 버터에 노릇하게 구워서 밥과 함께 먹어봤어요!

명란젓은 그냥 먹어도 맛있지만 버터에 한 번 구워주니까
확실히 맛이 또 다르게 느껴지더라고요
팬에 버터를 녹이고 명란을 올려 천천히 구워주는데
익어가면서 퍼지는 버터 향부터 너무 좋았어요
고소한 향이 은은하게 올라와서
먹기 전부터 입맛을 제대로 자극했습니다😋

먹어보면 생으로 먹을 때보다 짠맛이 훨씬 부드러워진 느낌이었어요
짠맛이 아예 없어지는 건 아니지만
버터의 고소함이 더해지면서 강하게 느껴졌던 염도가
한결 순해지고 완전 제 스타일이었어요!

겉부분은 살짝 노릇하게 익으면서 고소한 풍미가 진해지고
안쪽 명란알은 촉촉하면서 톡톡 터지는 식감이 그대로 살아 있어서
씹을수록 명란 특유의 감칠맛이 퍼지는데
여기에 버터 향까지 더해지니까
평소 먹던 명란젓보다 훨씬 부드럽고 진한 맛이 엄지척!
명란 하나만으로도 밥 한 숟갈이 금방 사라질 정도로
은근히 밥도둑이더라구요😂
