Durante la campagna per il referendum del 22 e 23 marzo, Brunella Bolloli attacca il procuratore capo di Napoli, Nicola Gratteri, accusandolo di “aver sbracato” con le sue affermazioni sul voto al referendum giustizia. Bolloli si riferiva in particolare alle dichiarazioni di Gratteri in cui avrebbe associato chi vota sì a delinquenti e indagati, scatenando polemiche e critiche.A difesa del procuratore interviene Pino Corrias, sottolineando che le parole di Gratteri sono state fraintese: il magistrato ha invece dichiarato che “le persone per bene votano no”, senza collegare automaticamente il voto favorevole a comportamenti illeciti.
