El jefe de la Media Luna Roja de Egipto ha informado de que cerca de 200 camiones con ayuda humanitaria entrerán en Gaza a través del paso fronterizo de Kerem Shalom a partir de este domingo. Será el primer lote de ayuda al enclave en tres semanas, tras el cierre del paso fronterizo de Ráfah, donde Israel ha lanzado una ofensiva militar a pesar de que el Tribunal Internacional de Justicia ordenó el cese de las operaciones militares israelíes. En el norte, el brazo armado de Hamás afirma haber capturado a un número indeterminado de soldados israelíes en un túnel situado en las inmediaciones del campo de refugiados de Yabalia.
