JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Peneliti Utama Pusat Riset Politik BRIN, Moch Nurhasim mengatakan ada kekecewaan Presiden Prabowo terhadap kinerja menteri-menteri utama. Apakah ini alasan Menko Polhukam Budi Gunawan diganti?“Jadi kalau kita bayangkan ada tujuh kementerian koordinator, itu idealnya gerak dari program pemerintah ini cepat. Tetapi begitu belum satu tahun yang diawali oleh isu tentang buruh, demonstrasi, kemudian ojol demonstrasi, kemudian mahasiswa demonstrasi, lalu kemudian timbul pemicu meluas menjadi sebuah instabilitas kritik terhadap gaya hidup, gaya berpolitik, parlement, dan lain sebagainya, yang itu juga kemudian merembed kepada tuntutan terhadap situasi ekonomi yang semakin sulit. Tetapi harus diingat bahwa keputusan penggunaan anggaran negara atau APBN terhadap program-program yang sifatnya populis seperti MBG, meskipun dengan berbagai macam dinamika dan tantangan dan persoalan yang terjadi, itu belum bisa mengerek kondisi real ekonomi sehingga ada semacam tuntutan dari kelesuan ekonomi, kemudian ada PHK banyak, dan ini kan sudah diingatkan,” katanya.
Lebih lanjut Nurhasim mengatakan untuk mengendalikan situasi sebenarnya perlu perintah arahan yang tegas dari Presiden.
“Setelah elit-elit politik itu bergerak untuk meminta maaf, untuk kemudian katakanlah dia menyampaikan empati, empati kepada demonstran. Kemudian demokrasinya dibuka. Di mana ada demonstrasi itu para elit, baik itu di tingkat nasional maupun lokal, itu mulai menyambut. Sebelumnya kan mereka menutup diri, seperti menutup diri. Dianggap respons itu terlambat. Saya kira itu yang dilihat oleh Pak Presiden,” katanya lagi.
