Sie haben oft einfach Angst und fühlen sich neben dir schlecht, weil sie es nicht schaffen. Dann ist die Kritik eigentlich ein dickes Kompliment an dich. Denk da mal drüber nach!
Natürlich kannst du auch sofort das Thema wechseln, sobald dir jemand irgendetwas von deinen gesunden Handlungen schlechtreden will. Gehe keine Sekunde darauf ein. Null. Überhaupt nicht. Als ob du den Satz, den Spruch nicht gehört hättest. Klar, vielleicht wird er wiederholt. Aber spätestens beim zweiten Mal ignorieren ist Schluss damit, wetten?
