Polda Jabar Tangkap Pegi dan Hapus 2 DPO Kasus Vina, Hotman: Sama Saja Mau Menutup Cepat Perkara

Hal itu disampaikan Hotman, dalam jumpa pers di Mal Kelapa Gading, Rabu (29/5/2024).
"Kalau Polda Jabar belum berhasil menemukan dua pelaku DPO ini, jangan dibilang fiktif dong. Itu sama saja mau menutup cepat perkara ini," kata Hotman.
Ia menyinggung soal dua DPO selain sosok Pegi Perong yang seakan 'dihilangkan' polisi.
Menurut Hotman, berdasarkan bukti hukum, tertulis jelas jika sosok Andi dan Dani yang masuk DPO itu bukan fiktif belaka.
Hotman juga menilai, delapan terpidana yang sudah ditahan tidak ada indikasi saling melempar kesalahan kepada tiga buron.
Hotman pun mendorong, agar Polda Jabar menjelaskan secara gamblang hasil BAP yang baru dilakukan dengan para terpidana.
Kemudian, menurut Hotman, lima dari enam terpidana yang baru di-BAP lagi, mengatakan bahwa Pegi Perong bukan pembunuh Vina yang selama ini dicari.
