PLO | Điểm nóng xung đột: Tổng thống Nga muốn chấm dứt hoàn toàn xung đột nếu Ukraine đáp ứng điều kiện | Tổng thống Nga Vladimir Putin và Thủ tướng Hungary Viktor Orban gặp nhau tại Moscow vào ngày 5/7 để thảo luận về giải pháp hòa bình cho cuộc xung đột Ukraine. Trong cuộc họp báo chung sau cuộc gặp, Putin tuyên bố không ủng hộ một lệnh ngừng bắn hay tạm đình chiến mà Ukraine có thể lợi dụng để tái tập hợp và tái vũ trang.Ông khẳng định Nga muốn chấm dứt hoàn toàn xung đột nhưng đặt điều kiện Ukraine phải rút quân khỏi Donbass, Kherson và Zaporozhye, những khu vực mà Nga coi là thuộc về mình sau các cuộc trưng cầu dân ý. Putin cũng cho biết còn nhiều điều kiện khác cần được thảo luận chi tiết hơn. Thủ tướng Orban nhấn mạnh sự khác biệt quan điểm lớn giữa Moscow và Kiev về cuộc xung đột và cho rằng cần nỗ lực đáng kể để chấm dứt giao tranh. Putin thêm rằng, dựa trên thái độ hiện tại của chính quyền Ukraine, Kiev dường như vẫn chưa sẵn sàng từ bỏ chiến tranh để đạt được chiến thắng.
