Auch in der zweiten Kriegswoche ist die Lage im Nahen Osten hoch angespannt. Israel hat nach eigenen Angaben Ziele im Libanon bombardiert und gemeinsam mit den USA Iran angegriffen. Iran wiederum beschoss erneut Israel und auch einige Golfstaaten mit Raketen und Drohnen. Die Zahl der iranischen Angriffe sei allerdings zurückgegangen, teilte das US-Militär mit. US-Präsident Trump hält den Krieg im Nahen Osten für "so gut wie beendet". In einem Interview mit dem US-Sender CBS sagte er, Iran habe militärisch fast nichts mehr übrig: keine Marine, keine Kommunikationsmittel und keine Luftwaffe. Israels Premier Netanjahu betonte dagegen, mit den Angriffen auf Iran "noch nicht fertig" zu sein. Und die iranischen Revolutionsgarden teilten mit, Israel und die Golfstaaten weiter angreifen zu wollen.
