Con motivo del 70º aniversario del establecimiento de la región autónoma uigur de Xinjiang, el Grupo de Medios de China emitirá una serie documental de seis episodios titulada Canciones de Tianshan. El programa, que se transmitirá del 18 al 20 de septiembre en los canales CCTV-1 y CCTV-4, destaca historias de la vida cotidiana, la cultura y los cambios económicos en Xinjiang, al tiempo que repasa el desarrollo de la región en las últimas décadas.
