Kasus Peredaran Narkoba di Rutan: Ammar Zoni Kini Diisolasi hingga Adik Berikan Pembelaan

Sanksi tersebut berupa isolasi selama 40 hari dan pencabutan hak integrasi berupa pembebasan bersyarat.
Terkait kasus ini pula, penahanan Ammar Zoni dipindahkan ke rutan lain untuk kepentingan penyelidikan lebih lanjut.
Kepala Rutan Kelas I Jakarta Pusat Wahyu Trah Utomo dalam keterangan pada Jumat (10/10) menegaskan bahwa kasus yang melibatkan Ammar Zoni ini ditangani sesuai prosedur hukum yang berlaku.
Lebih lanjut dijelaskan oleh Wahyu bahwa penemuan barang bukti narkoba bukanlah kelengahan petugas, melainkan hasil detesi dini.
Disebutkan bahwa petugas rutin melakukan penggeledahan blok hunian.
Temuan narkoba di tangan Ammar Zoni ini hasil penggeledahan pada 3 Januari 2025 yang dipimpin langsung oleh Kepala Kesatuan Pengamanan Rutan Kelas I Salemba.
Kasus peredaran narkoba di Rutan Salemba yang melibatkan Ammar Zoni kini ditangani Polsek Cempaka Putih.
Kapolsek Cempaka Putih Kompol Pengky Sukmawan mengungkapkan, selain Ammar Zoni, juga ada tersangka lain yang berinisial A, AP, AM alias KA, ACM, dan MR.
Menurut Pengky, Ammar dan tersangka MR saling tuding mengenai asal-usul narkoba tersebut.
Adapun barang bukti yang didapatkan yakni ganja seberat 24,84 gram dan sabu seberat 17,91 gram.
Sementara itu, Kasie Pidum Kejari Jakarta Pusat Fatah Chotib Udin dalam keterangan pada Kamis (9/10) mengatakan, lima tersangka mengaku mendapat barang haram tersebut dari Ammar.
Sedangkan Ammar mengaku mendapat narkoba dari seseorang di luar Rutan Salemba.
