Bill McCallion is a keynote speaker, author and paediatric surgeon with over three decades of experience in medicine, teaching and mentoring. Drawing on his work in the operating theatre and with newly qualified doctors, Bill developed the “5 A’s of Success” as a practical framework for resilience, emotional intelligence, work ethic and motivation. His talks explore the psychology and neuroscience of resilience, showing how lessons from medicine can support leadership, team building and wellbeing across every sector.
