Respons Hakim Rianto atas Permintaan SYL Agar Sidang TPPU Dipercepat Karena Dirinya Makin Kurus
JAKARTA, KOMPASTV Mantan Menteri Pertanian (Mentan) Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL) meminta agar perkara tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) yang menjeratnya segera disidang."Izin, Yang Mulia, dengan umur saya yang 70 tahun, saya bermohon, kalau mungkin, ada proses TPPU bisa dilanjutkan atau jangan ditunda. Saya makin kurus ini," kata SYL dalam sidang kasus pemerasan dan gratifikasi di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta, Senin (3/6/2024).
Ketua majelis hakim Rianto Adam Pontoh langsung merespons permintaan SYL.
Hakim sampaikan atas permintaan SYL tersebut, ia menyerahkan permohonan dan proses penyidikan serta penuntutan perkara TPPU SYL ke jaksa KPK.
"Tadi kan saudara sudah dengar permohonannya. Kami tidak menindaklanjuti itu, itu adalah hak saudara begitu ya, Pak. Dan mungkin teman-teman wartawan mungkin jadi pemberitaan, ya kan, jadi saya lemparkan bahwa ini bukan hak majelis untuk memerintah saudara secepat mungkin untuk diajukan ke persidangan. Seperti itu," jelas hakim.
