봄동무침에 밥을 듬뿍 올리고
참기름을 한 바퀴 둘러준 뒤
슥슥 비비기 시작하면 고소한 향이 먼저 올라오는데요
이 고소한 향만 맡아도 없던 입맛도 금세 돌아올 것처럼
입맛이 확 살아나더라구요
한 입 먹어보면 먼저 느껴지는 건
봄동 특유의 신선하고 달큰한 맛이에요
일반 배추보다 훨씬 부드러워서
씹는 순간 아삭하면서도
부드럽게 씹히는 식감이 정말 좋더라구요
그냥 보기에는 정말 단순한 음식인데
막상 비벼 먹어보면 생각보다 훨씬 맛있어서
왜 많은 사람들이 봄동비빔밥을 좋아하는지
바로 이해가 되더라구요
구수한 된장찌개와 함께 먹으니까
조합도 정말 좋았고
오늘도 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😋
