In questo video analizziamo il fair value delle azioni presenti nel mio portafoglio utilizzando Investing Pro, mettendo in relazione le valutazioni fondamentali con la gestione del rischio, il sentiment di mercato e la logica risk on / risk off.Partiamo da un rapido commento sui dati del mercato del lavoro USA, che hanno mostrato segnali contrastanti, per poi concentrarci sull’obiettivo principale del video: capire quanto sono sottovalutate o sopravvalutate le azioni che detengo, e perché conoscere il fair value può essere utile non per fare market timing, ma per gestire meglio il rischio di portafoglio.
Nel video spiego come utilizzo un approccio core–satellite, basato sul coefficiente beta, sull’efficienza di breve termine e su un sistema proprietario che mappa il sentiment di mercato. Analizziamo casi concreti come Nvidia, Tesla, Apple, Palantir, Amazon, Coinbase e altre società, mostrando come il fair value possa diventare uno strumento di contesto per evitare sovra-esposizioni su titoli eccessivamente sopravvalutati.
