CAT Didesak Laporkan Pidana Hasyim Asy'ari, Korban Masih Bimbang Ingin Lanjut Hukum atau Move On

Tujuannya, agar kasus asusila tersebut bisa diusut sampai tuntas dan Hasyim Asy'ari mendapat sanksi pidana.
Menurutnya, kasus asusila yang dilakukan Hasyim telah merugikan korban selaku perempuan.
Tak hanya itu, tindakan Hasyim Asy'ari juga mencederai institusi penyelenggara pemilu.
Sementara itu pihak CAT belum memutuskan untuk membawa kasus ini ke ranah pidana.
Kuasa hukum CAT, Aristo Pangaribuan mengakui saat ini kliennya dalam kondisi bimbang untuk menindaklanjuti putusan DKPP dengan pidana atau pilih fokus melanjutkan kehidupan pribadinya di Belanda.
pihaknya dan juga korban bersyukur dengan putusan sanksi pemecatan yang diambil DKPP.
Keputusan ini telah membuktikan adanya pelanggaran berat yang dilakukan Hasyim selaku Ketua KPU RI.
Kuasa hukum lain CAT, Maria Dianita Prosperianti berpandangan, putusan tersebut menunjukkan adanya keberpihakan DKPP terhadap perempuan dan korban.(*)
