Kejagung Sita Rp 565 M dari Kasus Korupsi Impor Gula Tom Lembong, Uang dari Para Tersangka

Miliaran uang tersebut berasal dari pengembalian sejumlah tersangka.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews.com, keterangan ini disampaikan Dirdik Jampidsus Kejagung RI, Abdul Qohar, di Kejagung, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (25/2/2025).
Dirinya menjelaskan penyitaan tersebut dilakukan tim penyidik dari direktorat jaksa agung tindak pidana khusus (Jampidsus).
Abdul Qohar mengatakan Kejagung menyita uang paling banyak berasal dari tersangka TWN selaku Direktur Utama (Dirut) PT Angels Products sebesar Rp150 miliar.
Dirinya melanjutkan penyitaan sejumlah uang lainnya yakni dari tersangka Wisnu Hendraningrat selaku Presiden Direktur PT Andalan Furnindo sejumlah Rp 60 miliar dan Hansen Setiawan Dirut PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya senilai Rp 41 miliar.
Abdul Qohar menegaskan uang sitaan tersebut nantinya akan disimpan di rekening penampungan lain (RPL) pada Jampidsus di Bank Swasta.
"Uang sitaan dari 9 tersangka dititipkan di RPL di mana dua dari 11 tersangka sudah tahap pelimpahan," tegasnya.
Sebagai informasi Kejagung telah menetapkan 11 tersangka dari kasus importasi gula di Kemendag.
Dua dari tersangka tersebut merupakan eks Menteri Perdagangan RI Tom Lembong dan mantan Direktur Pengembangan Bisnis PT PPI, Charles Sitorus.
