La nostra proposta mira a garantire che la lavoratrice o il lavoratore part-time abbiano diritto a poter completare il proprio orario di lavoro, soprattutto se lo stanno già facendo ma non è riconosciuto dal contratto. E' una proposta che mira quindi anche a contrastare il lavoro nero e il lavoro grigio, e a ricostruire un diritto al tempo delle persone e in particolare delle donne. Il 31,5% di donne che lavorano, lavorano in part-time.
