The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is expected to announce Monday whether it will file criminal charges against alt-pop artist d4vd in connection with the killing of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.The 21-year-old singer, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, was arrested Thursday, seven months after the young girl’s decomposed body was discovered in his apparently abandoned Tesla. Her body was found more than a year after she was reported missing in Southern California.
