From Agile to SIGNAL: launching AI products without the chaos: Elena Luneva at ProductTank SF
Elena Luneva has spent over 20 years in product, with stints at Nextdoor, Liquid Space and Brain Trust, and now works as a fractional CPTO, adviser and educator. In 2025 she went portfolio, using AI to run four parallel roles — coaching CPOs, teaching communication for executives and running a course called Leading AI Without the Chaos. That last course is the foundation of this talk: a framework she calls SIGNAL, designed to address the gap between the flood of AI-generated prototypes and the systems teams need to take them safely to production.Chapters
