Moody's, agenzia di rating, conferma la resilienza dell'economia italiana - io sono qualche anno che sento questo termine, una volta si usava solo in ingegneria, mi dà fastidio solo sentirlo - "sostenuta dalla solidità di bilanci privati e da un sistema bancario robusto, fattori che hanno permesso di reggere l'urto della crisi energetica e dell'inflazione". Ah sì?
L'agenzia di rating, che lo scorso anno ha migliorato il giudizio portandolo a Baa2, elogia inoltre la stabilità politica garantita dal governo italiano che ha ridotto l'incertezza tipica delle passate legislature. E poi permangono, secondo Moody's, dei nodi strutturali deboli, cioè la debole crescita potenziale (ma va!) l'elevato debito pubblico (che paura!) e i limitati spazi di manovra fiscale, che certo non è colpa dell'Italia, visto che non ci sono modalità di intervento sul bilancio dello Stato per regole europee.
