¿Buscas las galletas perfectas para el desayuno o la merienda? En este video te enseño a preparar unas galletas de avena súper crujientes, saludables y deliciosas. Sin harinas refinadas y con ingredientes que seguro tienes en tu despensa. ¡Se preparan en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y el resultado es increíble!
🛒 Ingredientes:
- 130 g** de copos de Avena.
- 3 cdas / 40 g** de grasa de coco o mantequilla.
- 2-3 cdas** de miel (ajusta según tu gusto por el dulce).
🥣 Preparación:
Mezclamos los copos de avena con la grasa elegida y la miel hasta integrar bien. Formamos 12 galletas sobre una bandeja y horneamos a 180°C (350°F) durante 10-12 minutoso hasta que estén bien doraditas. ¡Deja enfriar para sentir la textura lijera y crujiente!
