Penampakan Dokumen Tuntutan SYL Setebal 1.576 Halaman
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Jaksa Penuntut Umum dari KPK menyiapkan surat tuntutan untuk terdakwa eks Menteri Pertanian Syahrul Yasin Limpo alias SYL setebal 1.576 halaman.Jaksa KPK juga membacakan surat tuntutan untuk dua terdakwa lain dalam perkara korupsi di Kementan, yaitu Kasdi Subagyono, dan Muhammad Hatta.
Jaksa Ikhsan Fernandi Z. mengatakan, tebal surat tuntutan terhadap mereka bertiga lebih dari 1.500 halaman.
"Khusus terdakwa Syahrul Yasin Limpo terdiri dari 1.576 halaman," ucap jaksa saat sidang di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (28/6/2024).
