Fakta Kasus Pagar Laut Tangerang & Bekasi: Polisi Periksa 4 Tersangka-6 Pegawai ATR/BPN Disanksi
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Usai menetapkan empat tersangka dalam kasus pemalsuan dokumen sertifikat di kawasan Pagar Laut, Kabupaten Tangerang, polisi akan segera memeriksa para tersangka.Direktorat Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri telah menjadwalkan pemeriksaan, termasuk terhadap Kepala Desa Kohod, Arsin bin Asip.
Direktur Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri, Brigjen Pol Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro, menyatakan pemanggilan Arsin akan dilakukan pekan ini, sementara keputusan mengenai penahanan masih mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor hukum.
Sementara itu, dalam kasus serupa di Pagar Laut, Bekasi, Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala BPN, Nusron Wahid, menyopot enam pegawai ATR/BPN yang terlibat.
Dari enam pegawai tersebut, lima pegawai negeri sipil dicopot dari jabatan, sementara satu pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK) diberhentikan.
Nusron mengungkapkan bahwa para pegawai yang terlibat mengaku diiming-imingi "uang rokok," meskipun ia tidak merinci jumlahnya.
