Sorotan Komnas HAM atas Vonis Bebas Eks Bupati Langkat di Kasus Kerangkeng Manusia

KOMPAS.TV - Pengadilan Negeri Stabat memvonis bebas Mantan Bupati Langkat, Sumatera Utara, Terbit Rencana Perangin-Angin, Senin (8/07/2024) sore.

Dalam putusannya hakim menilai, Terbit tidak terbukti melakukan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO) dengan modus rehabilitasi narkoba tahun 2010 hingga 2022.

Jaksa sebelumnya, menuntut Mantan Bupati Langkat itu dengan hukuman penjara 14 tahun, denda Rp500 juta dan biaya restitusi sekitar Rp2,3 miliar.
