Russland und die USA haben sich Medienberichten zufolge auf einen "Friedensplan" verständigt. Er umfasst 28 Punkte. Die Ukraine ist erst im Nachgang informiert worden. Was genau der "Friedensplan" vorsieht, darüber sprechen wir mit Ex-Nato-General Erhard Bühler in dieser Folge. Er sagt zu dem Plan: "Im Wesentlichen entspricht das den Kriegszielen Russlands." Leerstellen sieht Bühler unter anderem bei den Sicherheitsgarantien für die Ukraine. Dennoch gebe es auch positive Ansätze. Aber wie realistisch ist der Plan?
