En declaraciones para Exitosa, el congresista Edward Málaga calificó como "populista" el proyecto del octavo retiro de los fondos de AFP, señalando que dicha medida sería muy irresponsable. Además, indicó que la presidenta Dina Boluarte debería solicitar la renuncia del premier Eduardo Arana y el ministro Juan José Santiváñez tras la difusión de nuevos audios que los vinculan a un presunto acto irregular.
