He is the CEO of Flourish Opportunities Network (FON) Africa’s largest scholarship support social enterprise with over 10,000 members from 60 plus universities across 5 African countries. FON has successfully compiled 15,000 scholarships in its database and hosts scholarship support webinars as part of its mission to support young Africans access quality education and global opportunities.

Osita has won the Nigerian Higher Education Foundation Scholarship (NHEF) 2017, The Jigawa State NYSC state award for excellence (2019), the Nigerian University of Technology and Management Fully funded scholarship worth $40,000 (2020), the Russian Open Door Scholarship 2022, the Chevening Scholarship 2022 and the Nottingham Trent University Business School’s Summer School scholarship (2023).
