How to track and push your weekly progress using the Minimum Achievable Checklist?

In this video I share a simple, practical tip to track and push forward your weekly progress when studying, especially when it seems that despite your best efforts you are apparently making no progress at all.

The idea is to have a set of questions that you answer at the end of each week to monitor if you have done a threshold minimum. It will help you ascertain by giving you a basic structure to test your productivity in a pin-pointed manner.
